RPO uses the contact details, experience and application materials you provide to process your job application and maintain your account. Recruitment information is stored separately from marketing inquiries.

Referral privacy

Your referrer can see the role, referral status and applicable reward. Your name, email, phone number, CV and uploaded documents are not shown in their referral dashboard.

Your choices

You decide which roles to apply for and which materials to submit. For a request to access, correct or delete your recruitment information, contact rpo@rpo.hk using your registered email.

Recruitment terms

Review each role’s compensation, fees, requirements and written employer terms before accepting an offer. Referral rewards depend on the conditions shown for the role and require confirmation.
